Ever want to volunteer on a real railroad?
For the past 35 years, we've been running a real railroad between Coopersville and Marne, MI. We hauled over 500,000 people on our special event trains. We have volunteer operating positions open in all areas of our railroad. Please fill out our online volunteer application form to get started.
Get Involved
We offer free FRA training for all our operating positions like a locomotive engineer, conductor, and brakeman. You'll be paired with an experienced volunteer who will help you master your new position. We also have opportunities on our MOW crew, marketing, ticketing, and equipment maintenance teams.
